Fructose Friendly Foods & Gluten Free (Low FODMAP diet) cater for adults and children with IBS, Fructose and Gluten intolerances. We are a Health Department approved Class 2 Food Manufacturer based in Bayswater North, Victoria. Our menu's  include a variety of lunches, dinners, cafe fare, party finger food and function catering. 

All items on our menu are Fructose Friendly, Gluten Free and suitable for a low FODMAP diet.
